Dr. Devereaux has served across higher education and nonprofit settings as an administrator, learning specialist, and consultant, bringing expertise in leadership, academic systems and policy, engaged pedagogy, community partnerships, student retention, change management, and team-building. She is passionate about creating equitable academic pathways, especially for historically underrepresented and underserved students. She loves bringing people together and working together to solve challenging and complex problems, offering solution-oriented and strategic thinking that leads to data-informed decision-making and sensitivity to justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in addressing systemic issues. Her priority for building trust and teams through asset-based and servant leadership approaches recognizes and leverages the unique gifts of team members to maximize collective and institutional success.
